What is the Family Membership?
The Locker Soccer Family Membership is required for class registration. It costs $45 and lasts for 365 days from registration. You can check your membership status on your Memberships page when logged in. Locker Soccer Members also receive the following benefits:
- T-Shirt for your child
- Access to free Open Gym events
- Discounts on Birthday Parties, Camps, and special events
- Special promotions and other cost-saving opportunities
If you do not have a current membership it will be added to your cart automatically when registering for a members-only program. You may not register for a class without this membership.
How can I tell when my Family Membership expires?
You can check your membership status on your Memberships page when logged in.
I have a Family Membership, but it is not showing on my account.
Your Family Membership may have expired or may be connected to a different email address. If you think you have a membership that is not showing on your account, please contact us.
How do I get the sibling or multiple registration discount?
Sibling or multiple registration discounts are automatically applied when registering for multiple class sessions within the same order. This can be multiple children for the same session, or multiple sessions (or a combination of that). The first child registered is normal price, and all other children are 10% off. This discount applies to classes only, not 3v3, camps, or other programs.
Are classes prorated throughout the session?
We only discount classes once; 45% at the halfway point of the session. Our curriculum is best delivered by following a whole session, and the children do better with a familiar group. We are able to accommodate children entering class at any time, but we recommend starting each session at week one.
What is your make up class policy?
We understand that you won’t always make it to every class; kids get sick, families go on vacation, and stuff comes up. We allow all children to have up to two make up classes within a session. If you have missed your normal class you may attend another class of the same age group at any time within the current session. Just let the desk person or coach know before the class begins. In the event of a weather cancellation you are allowed a makeup class without taking from your normal two allowed classes.

Try submitting the lost password form. If you do not receive the reset email, please check your spam folder. If you had an account before July 2017 and did not have an active membership at that time, your account was not transferred to our new website. Feel free to create a new account. Still having trouble? Contact us and we’ll reset your account for you.
Can I bring my own snacks, cake, or other food to a Birthday Party?
Of course! If you have any specific questions or needs, don’t hesitate to ask.
Can I bring my own decorations to a Birthday Party?
Yep! We just ask that all decorations are able to be installed and removed without harming the room or taking excessive time.
Can I host a practice or other event at a Locker Soccer facility?
Yes! Check out our field rental page. Our facilities have been used for soccer, softball, laser tag, fitness classes, and more!
