Our Child Development experts have designed our programs to offer age-specific soccer activities for children in their respective age groups. Children will be introduced to a wide variety of soccer activities that will insure their comfort with a ball; various speed, fitness, and agility activities to progress their motor skill development; and the team environment helps to foster a keen sense of social awareness. Kids learn to “separate” from their parents, making the transition to preschool much easier. Children coming out of this program have transitioned very easily into their local recreational soccer leagues!

- Social awareness in a team environment
- Eases separation from parents and transition into preschool or other recreational programs

Skill development classes are designed to meet the needs of the more serious, committed player. We will focus very heavily on individual skills, small group tactics, and speed of play. This is not a class for beginners. Players will be grouped in one of the following four age groups: 6 year olds, 7 & 8, 9 & 10, and 11-14. Boys and girls will be separated for this program. Skill Development provides a fun, competitive environment that will facilitate the development of ball skills and the growth in confidence in real game situations.

This class offers the recreational player, or first time player, the opportunity to gain some confidence in a setting that is stress free. Boys and girls play together while learning valuable ball skills like dribbling, passing, shooting, heading, and receiving. This is also a very popular class for those children who love soccer, but don’t wish to play in their local leagues. Our focus is helping children to have fun, while gaining confidence and skill to enter into their local recreational leagues. Skill development is stressed with minimal pressure from competitive games.
